Since AB'ing for UB's and high profit items is NOT working for me (the NP is coming in to slow), I would rather AB low profit items in mass quantity. My only problem is that I don't know how to. I must be doing something wrong because I will post up in shop '7' with my minimum profit set as low as 1000np and still only get 1-2 items an hour IF I'm lucky. My buys speeds are around 1400ms. I must be doing something wrong and I would appreciate any help. Here are my speed settings:

Wait Delay: 4.5-9.0
Pre-Haggle: .5-.8
OCR Page Delay: .4-.6

What am I doing wrong?

Have you tried any different shops? You could try something like Bakery (15) which has plenty of low profit items.

I'll have to give that a try. The Abrosia doesn't limit the amount of items it buys in one restock does it? For example, if I were to set it to the Tiki Tack Shop it would buy all of an item one after the other if it was in stock, right?

When I set the profit to 1000np I was expecting to get at least 4-5 items a restock...

The profitable items sell out within a few seconds so it's not very likely you'll get more than 1-2 items per restock in any shop (especially since you have to wait 5 seconds after buying an item).

    "OCR Page Delay: .4-.6"
is realllllly fast. Use that for your pre-haggle and make your ocr like .8-1.4

Besides the risky buy speed, try not to set your profit too low, chances are you will often get items which doesn't make any profit, because people keep slashing down the prices of their items as everyone wants their items to sell out fast. Thus an item bought which might have a profit of 1.2k (for example) might become 200np or even 0 (break-even).

The real answer is because so many people go after the same shops, they become less valuable. This is why I was hesitant to tell people what shop to go to when they ask, because everyone will go to the same shops. I think I liked it better when everyone went after magic.

*sigh*, yeah he did, but to deter further people from using those shops, I told Scot to edit the post to those shops

Which btw are either insta-freeze or just plain shit.

Oh then maybe it has something to do with the latency rate that you've mentioned.

Which is something i myself have noticed. Prices of late have been being discounted far too much. Looking at AB-ing low profit items may no longer yield a substantial profit. Tried it in multiple shops, and found myself raking in a loss with some of them.

On the other hand, high-profit shops like the coin shop would yield a more substantial profit, however at a risk/or loss of opportunity.

Risk -> There are manual restockers, and some of them can buy them really really fast. (Yes. Faster than Ambrosia - Unless you are using very risky settings)

Loss of Opportunity -> If you encounter those restockers at those 'lucky' times, Chances are, you might not buy anything. (Since it restocks very little at a time)

Also, high value items are harder to sell. Trading Post/Auctions are tedious and really annoying at times.

    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

IMO, if you really want to restock low profit items, try to avoid 1k profit items, and try to go higher (2.5k?). I would suggest a manual list. The item database is not exactly very accurate, and i would suggest some field research in the shop you want to restock in before actually buying anything.

Try lowering your profit margin a little. If you're not getting anything, it won't hurt. Doing so can greatly increase the amount of items you can buy.
