Hi. I have done this every year, and stayed commited to it from the start. I would start right on the dot, Jan. 1, up to the following Jan. 1.

2007: No Meat
2008: No Chocolate
2009: No Soda
2010: No Fast Food

I have been thinking of doing just water for next year.. But next year, I'll be doing it with a couple of friends who want to try and they didn't like that idea very much. Yet, I've run out of ideas on what to do next. =/

Huh, dont really know what you want to hear here. Just an idea for something to do next year? It seems you made choices that are considered "healthier" in most cases.
You can do No Alcohol for one year, if you enjoy drinking :p Do you want to get to a certain goal with these idea's, or is it just to have something to do?

Edit: always got trouble understanding why people do this xD Why does it have to be a new year, just do it right now :p

Why do they have to be all food related? Maybe something like... no sex.

But why just quit doing things.
Wouldn't it be harder and better something like getting onto an martial art or practicing an exciting sport you have never tried before :)?

hmmm. i definitly have 2. going to be rediculously hard, but im sure i can do it, somehow.
1 would be to stop wasting so much money on superficial things and wants. like video games, eating out, movies, clothes, etc.. and 2 would be to finally get over this damn eating disorder. going to be the hardest thing ever =/
    but umm. thats it :)

Good lord, it's far too early to be thinking about new year. Summer has only just ended!

Never bothered with resolutions personally, I have no interest in proving my lack of willpower to myself or anyone else for that matter. I always just aim to make the year a little happier than the one before and be a slightly better person.

lol at this. charity != good for middle class america(which is you if you eat every night or almost every night)

And how about a resolution to cut down on gas consumption, maybe ride your bike places or walk more often? Maybe go organic as far as foods etc. Farmer's markets and so on. Or get a big cookbook and do 365 different meals for each night. ^_^

I loled so hard. You would be so crabby by the end of the year. I would probably implode from built up sexual tension. It may not even be safe for any man around me after day like 150...

OH I have an idea. You could read a new book every two weeks C: I might actually do that one myself.

I like the whole martial arts or some other crazy sport idea. It's probably alot more fun aswell than having a resolution where you skip something.

Quitting things seems no fun. :c
I echo everyone else. Why not try something new? Or if you have a shopping problem or something why don't you stop spending. Only if you have a shopping problem, lawl.

How about training for a half marathon or something?

Your resolution is to run a half/full marathon, and you have to train everyday until then!

You seem to try and go without something the whole year, maybe try adding something. Maybe commit to praying once a day, if your religious?
