How to make a cool Blue Ice background on Photoshop (prefferibly 7)


THIS ENTIRE TUT BY ME DOOMED (jus foolin around and made this)


1. Create a new any size Document (white or transparent)

2. Hit D to make colors default. Then hold Alt+Backspace

3. go to Filter> Render> Clouds

4. Hit CNTRL + F about 11 ti'mes

5. go to Filter> Blur> Gaussian Blur    (make it 1.3 Radius)

6. go to Filter> Brush Strokes> Accented Edges  (make it  Width-  10 Brightness- 29  Smoothness-11

7. go to Filter> Pixelate> Crystalize  (Cell Size 9)

8. go to Filter> Stylize> Extrude  (Type: Blocks Size:45 pixels  Depth: 30 RANDOM)

9. go to Filter> Texture> Texturizer  (Texture: Sandstone Scaling: 50% Relief: 3 Light Direction: Top    Click the Invert box)

10. go to Filter> Distort> Glass  (Distortion: 12    Smoothness: 3    Texture: Frosted    Scaling: 100%)

11. Hit  Cntrl + U (will bring up  the hue/saturation window)  Click the Colorize box  then make      Hue-220      Saturation-65    Lightness- +3

12 Finished!!! omg !!! yay  now it should look like this

It's a good effect, but I wouldn't recommend it for a signature because it has large file sizes.
