Birthdays are a pain. It seems every other week it's someone's birthday. I'd happily sacrifice mine if it meant I didn't have to put up with anyone elses.

For almost 4 years now I've been "celebrating" my birthday shitting my pants and pulling all nighters for an upcoming midterm. Stupid university and it's quarter system.

Back in high school though me and some guys in the cross country team had a fun ritual of running our age in miles for our birthday. Fortunately I finally did my body a favor and stopped doing it since I hit 21

and although this is slightly off topic, what's the best birthday present anyone has ever received?
