Can't do that, we're hoping to compete in next year's America's Cup and possibly a round-the-world yacht race if Noitidart manages to get his 20 metre swimming certificate by then.

you should do the same too, since it was down for 1+ to 2 hours. 1hour down=1day given back extra
they will give it to you if you submit a ticket pointing to the url above and their 100% uptime guarantee to unscheduled downtime.
cheers

No offense to IPB, but forum software just can't efficiently provide the framework for an entire site, especially when their code is so bloated with all of these bells and whistles we don't need. Their IP.Content software, which we paid for regrettably, doesn't even compare to the customizability and the feature set of Django.
So basically, we want to move away from IPB. Oh the blasphemy, especially after using IPB for almost 7 years now.

Hydro and I are currently annoyed about how much resources IPB is taking, so to save server costs when we are on a private server and to make our site more customizable and cooler, I think we're going to be redesigning the entire site in Django.
This is going to take like a year to finish though, but we've already started, lol.

It's going to be fun re-doing all the applications.

Yeah, and Hydro needed to take lots of time convincing me that this was a good idea. It's going to be fun re-doing all the applications.
A lot of our applications are not very complex and are made to draw from data stored in the database. Django accelerates the development of these applications quite a bit actually, moreso than IPB.
We'll see though.
