Welcome to the site. Like professor is saying, it has been safe to use if you have conservative settings. I wouldn't let it run for hours on end.  But an hour or two here and there has worked well in my estimation. Anyway, welcome to the codex!

Welcome! I am in a similar boat. Got back into playing because of lockdown. I wish this site was more active. It certainly used to be. But, it has been better the past couple of weeks. SO I guess I shouldn't complain!

The same issue is occurring for me. It crashes whenever it tries to download updates.
