Pack rat program shows that it is searching and putting items in SDB but when i searched in my SDB,i didn't find even the first item of the list of program..PLEASE HELP. dry.gif

I have downloaded the decoder but when i try to open it,a message comes which tells that check you have all the files for this program..WHAT SHOULD I DO????
