can anyone help me? When i click to open the decoder this message comes up "codexk check module version: 3.1.4.0 DLL set-up error-runcodexchecks-0-please check you have the required file" What do i need to do??

I want to move on in the plot, but i cant get past the 3mods. I am having trouble downloading AND understanding the software on this site. And i was wondering if anybody could my mods for me.

Still, i am having so many problems downloading and understanding the decoder and software. If someone would just help me, i only have the 3mods to do. And i promise to help out the person that helps me with any help they need!
