Ok ive tried many boards and they were all wrong but i hope this is the right one

i have an error it is

Run-time error "9":
Subscript out of reach

this is my error it happends after i enter my mods and press solve, it is really annoying cause it takes like 15 minutes to convert them all to letters of the alphabet and it just closes on me someone please tell me how to fix

I am getting an error it says

Run-type error "9":

Subscript out of range

and i dont know how to fix it, it take me like 15 minutes to type in all the mods as letters and ive done it twice already someone please just tell me how on earth to fix it
