Neocodex Check V3 not working on x64 Vista?

I don't think Neocodex Check works on Vista x64. I have it installed but the Neocodex programs don't recodnize that its even there.

It said,
Codex Check Module Version: 3.1.4.0
DLL Set-up Error -RunCodexCheck- 0 - Please Check you have the required files

Code:0602-Refrence:-608
Error: Run CodexCheck Failed


I tried installing it in "Program Files (x86)" and "Program Files" and neither worked.

Now Jobs aren't working too...

Scratchcards not working

Yet another one of the many glitches Neopets has been having lately. I'm fed up with it, so I'm going to sleep. Hopefully when I wake up, the shops will be RSing and scratchcards will work too. But, I'll be more likely to dream about it than for it to actually happen on a Saturday...

RS or fake score?

Which is less likely to get your account frozen? RSing a few hours a day, or sending like 84 fake scores?

Shops ARE restocking!

It seems like the main shops aren't RSing right now... I have been checking them the past hour and not a single item in any of them.

Is this an error on TNT's part or what? Any idea how often the shops stop restocking?
