I was only hired 2 weeks ago ... and today i feel like shit ... my body feels weak and i get dizzy when i stand ... i dont want to look bad at work... then again i dont want to call in like an ass .... im stuck .... not sure what to do

What program do i use to make one picture change to 3 or 4
