Not Telling
I've wanted for a long time to get in to graphics editing, Signature making, Avatars, so on and so forth.
Right now all i'm using is PSP6, Which works, I mean, I've downloaded more than enough fonts for it and such.
But I want to go further.
I'm still new to this, But I've read a little about Gimp and it sounds perfect.
My question is this, Is it a free download, or do I have to buy it, Or what?
I dunno how much I can do, running on the Worst OS From Windows... Windows ME.

I'm looking for a signature in the forums... I've seen a lot of the GFX Team's work, Gotta say, Very impressive.
I give the artist(s?) Complete freedom on this one. If it looks good, I'll take it. I'm not picky. Although I gotta say, I do love graffiti/spraypaint cans.
Also, If the Artist plays LPC, I tip.
Otherwise i'm not sure how I would tip
