Need help with my spysweeper

So i have webroot spy sweeper..Its only about 2months old and im trying to start a full sweep and for some odd reason it is not letting me do it. If ur familiar with the software under the shields it says that 4 critical shields are off. I have downloaded the updates and after i restart it..It just says that it cant find the definitions..Im really not sure whats happening if anybody has any tips i will Greatly appreciate them. thanx

Hey guys i was hoping someone could help me...i want a cute sig for the forum..i have a couple ideas but whatever u wanna try ill accept i just want a background maybe of an anime girl background sleeping of course lol i want my name ..sleepyheadjess..and my lpc id wich is 51541
i was able to find 2 pics i like wich are
-i would like the pink one
or this one it would be cool if her hair was black and the pic wasn't do bright lol
..again if u have something better i would love to see it thanx

Ok so im not totally new ive been playing lpc for 10days now. It's so awesome..anywho just wanted to come by and say hello to the rest of the Neocodex Forum. Hi...A few things i like is Taking napz,Going to movies,COncerts,Playing COd4,and hanging out with friends.
