How do I use Neotracker?

On the forum, I have created a profile. How do I incorporate that specific profile for a specific account that I use on the program manager?

On the main program manager menu, when I click Edit > Neotracker Profiles, nothing happens. Is something supposed to happen?

How many kads does a person usually feed a day? (Shop Wiz Method) I'm trying to look legitimate to the other players and I don't want to attract too much attention. :x

It's not on the Neocodex's program manager nor is it one of Neoquest's programs. Tried searching through the forum for it, couldn't find it either. I see everyone talking about using it though. Where can I get it?

Am I doing something wrong?

Am I doing something wrong? I was expecting to rack up more than 13 items in 4 hours.
