I recently bought the zoom 4380 bluetooth headset and mic from Ebuyer. It paired up with my PC just fine when I finally installed the correct bluetooth drivers.
The stereo sound is fantastic but the issue I am having is that I cannot use the Mic under this mode, I have to change the sound playback to the Mono sound profile (of the headset) under Vistas sound control panel and only then will the Mic work. The problem with this is the Mono sound playback is BAD and not suitable for gaming.
So does anyone know whether it is possible to have stereo sound and still be able to use a mic on bluetooth headsets? Is this issue related to this headset specifically? Do I need some other bluetooth drivers to enable this functionality?
