lol well.. there are alot of self help or educational books out there. First thing is learn about torrents and download any book that sounds remotely interesting and dedicate your life to only reading those.
But why be a doctor by reading when you can be a professional coder and make programs for the world. I think youd be helping more people doing that than saving one dude in a restaurant.

Haha yah, that sounds awesome, maybe you could even make it so the drinking water is filtered rain water, or have a room where you lay down overtop of solar panels to get a wicked tan:P
