Some help in Imageready CS please

In my previous version of I'mageready I could just create a new clip, do some transformations and create another and on and on without any problems. But with this CS version everyti'me I do that if I transform something all the clips are changed instead just only the active one which is the only one I wanna change. Any help for me.
