Fracture

I've tried three separate days, at slow shops like Food and Pharmacy. My internet is fine and if I watch the # of items in store I can SEE a restock. But Abrosia doesn't try to buy anything. I have advanced on Codex, but not premium on neopets. I am also running Abrosia on a Mac.
