The wheels are very unreliable, the sickness is random. To be honest you'd be better just refreshing or auto buying you'd most likely get the sickness faster.

Easiest way is a pound adopter that can search by sickness. Or F-neggs but those can be costly only use those if you really want the +str as well.

I got a FFQ is about 5 months on an old account. FQQ is about once a month maybe. The only quest I have never seen in 8 years of neo is the space faerie.
