I've been on for almost 10 years and have never gotten one. 

Is the program your talking about here available from here? 

I'm interested in not getting frozen, but having a chance at an FFQ and random events. >.>

I got my main frozen a long time ago for cheating the advent calendar. XD I was a nub back then. That account would be almost 11 too, played since middle school. I'm much more careful now. 

Are the auto money-tree programs and the auto-pricer as risky? I've been using those frequently.

Anyone know if there's a seasonal KQ item list? Those are all the standard items, but they add lots of extra things during the holidays and new map releases.
