Others can disagree with me if they want but it's definitely possible to get the items with extremely aggressive buy settings but Magic seems to be the shop where buy times are tracked and freeze rate is extremely high.

I agree freeze rate is high, however what is your idea of "agressive buy setttings"? Not sure what to consider mine.
