No dice so far. I sent the email the 19th and don't even have a ticket number. I made this side account 2 years ago, and originally sent in a support email back then. They haven't answered either one. I think my account got frozen back when we could generate keyquest tokens, although I was frozen "for my protection."

I'm getting by. I am an only child and he wasn't married so it's kind of been me winging it. It was unexpected and he was young, so there weren't any plans made regarding this what-so-ever.
