Hi, I just started using it, and it's great--but I want someone to answer a very basic question I have. I aplogise, because I know absolutely nothing about computers.

Since I started using the program, I've been getting logged out of Neopets every ten min (?) or so. Any idea why? Can anyone tell me how to fix this?
