personally ide recommend you contact your pc manufacturer and ask them to run you through a full system rebootover the phone - this will involve removing all your programs and software.... youll then be back to very basics I can give u the instructiobns here but there different for all makes and models of pc.. try it ive had to do a full format 4 timwes on myne and I charge like 20 quid to do it on peeps pcs
