Soo apparently something happened about 7 months ago, where users were unable to log onto their existing neopet accounts. When they tried to log on they would get the wrong password screen. When the user would try to retrieve the password via username it would say the username could not be found.. When they tried to do the password/username via email it said the email was not found on record, even tho the email is attached to another neopets account and works fine. They could also search up the neopets account name in search and it would show up.
Well seems this has come back because I have seen someone posting about it some days ago, and I am experiencing this, im not sure on how to fix it either, besides submitting a ticket and hope that it will be fixed eh...
Have any of you guys heard or had this happen to you?
