Can I get frozen for putting too much time in a score sender?

I just started score sending but I want to know if putting too much time can get you frozen.

I just started playing neopets again after a year. I found this site and found it very useful with all the guides and the lenny conundrum and mystery pic answers. I hope I can help out because I think I am pretty good at both of them. I will probably end up making a guide showing how I restock without using an ab and keeping the freeze rate low.
