Validating my account.

So I have set up my main account; Ziotsky.
I had the confirmation sent to my email, with the valid ID number and everything. I typed those in to confirm my account but it gives me a 'Board Message' saying that there was an error and it did not work. So I read my email, and it said that my account may have been deleted, or erased. So I made this account.
I did the same thing with this, only my Valid ID number and everything were not working.
So now I can't validate my account. And I have the Neopoints generator on my desktop, but when I open that, it says that windows has stopped working for the program. Is this because my account is not validated?
What do I do?
