In Topic: sLAUGHTER SS help?

yeah, can anyone get a hold of sLAUGHTER?
other than that all i can think to do is download a different one
which is depressing because sLAUGHTER ' s was the best...

The best and the free-est...

I found an older version, labelled 4.6.3 but make sure you update the encryption. I forgot to today, so now I have ~60k worth of games I "played" (it counted them on the Neopets website) and no neopoints to show for it. Maybe getting iced soon I think...

Hm, this has been working for me up till today. Now, it says that there is a "new update available!". If I click on "what's new?", a window blank window pops up. If I click "download now", a window that says "Firefox has crashed" pops up :/

Is this happening to anyone else?

Yes this is happening to me too. I think the domain that was hosting sLAUGHTER's stuff has expired or something, so when the program checks the domain when you run it, it doesn't get any feedback and decides there must be an update.

The most lame part about this is that you can't bypass that pop-up and just run the program anyway!

Hey just wondering what's happened with the SSer? I have the Beta version that worked for the past month and now all it does when I start it is open a window that says "New version available!" and won't open the main program. To make things worse, it seems sLAUGHTER's domain expired last week, so the "Download New Version" button links to a somewhat seedy site?

Maybe the problem is one and the same. Any ideas/help?
