Ok so my account is over 24 hours old but I cant create a shop? wtf?

I dont understand how account selling works. Cant TNT freeze you because another IP logs onto your account?

That was your ban reason?
You aren't restricted to logging into your neopets account from one single location. If they notice different IP's coming from all across the country/world, then you might have some trouble.

Wich is dumb anyhow, cause if you use a vpn like I do, you do have IPs from all across the country. xD
Werent you just frozen for safety reasons though`?? thats mostly the case.

VPN's are cool. I have one right now that seems to only cycle between the same 2-3 IP's, so it isn't terribly suspicious.
