I recived an email from neopets today saying I had a support ticket which was being looked into. I went to find out what it was and it said this:

Hi there,

My child is always on the computer doing something with this account at this site. Please provide a pin number so I can control the time my child spend in this web site.
Please send it asap to my mail [email protected].

P.s don't send my child email about this. As a parent I like this to be between me and the staff here.

I'm am extreemly frustraighted. This is ridiculous! I have never heard of this person in my life.If any of you know this person, or if this person is affiliated with this site, I think they should be taken off or banned or thoroghly warned or something like that, because they are probably trying to do this to other people and not just me.
When I was on last night I was logged out and when I logged in again I had had my 100,000 nps which was in my normal neopoints not in the bank stolen from me. Does anyone know how I can find out where it was a brought some piece of cheap crap that was in my inventory instead so I can find the little bugger?

Sorry if I cheesing you all off by getting annoyed. I just needed to vent.

If anyone would be so kind as to help answer some questions for me i would be very grateful. Regretably I'm a bit of a n00b at Autobuyers, and their programs, but I'd love some help, pretty please.
I was wondering these things:

• When I am using ambrosia, I was trying to change the settings so that it only bought things in certain shops, but I can't select the option/tick the tick at all. It just won't let me. How do I fix this?
• I was also wondering what browser sync is, because I see it in all of the programs in this site, but I don't understand it.
• And my other question is to do with accounts. I am wondering: If I autobuy in a side account with a different email adress to my main, and then send profits/items to my main when I want them, will I get chain-iced if they figure out (heaven forbid) that I'm autobuying? Or should I have a third account, sort of like middleman, which will make it "harder" (mainly just less incriminating) to my main account, that I can use to transfer my things from my side where I am autobuying?

Hello, I am Slugger. I came here to introduce myself. Sorry to state the obvious. I have been playing neopets for quite a while, about six-seven years, and I really enjoy neopets.

I've been lurking around here for a couple of months now and decided to join up a few days ago, and try out some of your neo programs you have to offer. I am truly amazed what people are able to accomplish with programs, and the complexity involved in them is astounding. I think it's brilliant that people put so much time into it.

I have some questions to ask as well, because to be honest I never even knew about cheating/auto buying and playing untill a few months back when I came across it while googling a guide. I've been researching it as much as I can, but I still have a few questions to ask.

My frist of which is this: Where should I ask my questions? Can I ask them here, or should I start a new thread in the general neopets chat section?
