Are nerkmids worth using?

Not most of the time. I randomly found one in my inventory and used it for the avvie but I got a Robot Petpet PB.

If you have enough NPs that if the nerkmid gave you junk then go for it~ otherwise sell it x3 Sometimes it can give nice items and sometimes not
