That was my first reaction as well. Holy... how long did that take you?


I post a score like the ones in the thumbnails almost everyday. I just don't screencap them all because I know that TNT doesn't care. They'll just give me a song and dance about how they've alerted the devs, and the situation will be resolved as soon as possible. 90 Billion is a cakewalk to me now lol. Scoring over 200 Billion is tough (kind of), because you have to beat the game without dying to get a score that high. Normally takes me 2-3 attempts to beat the game, and I normally score 196B-209B points per session.

Uh... judging by the post above, yes, yes she is lol. It's the only ticket I've ever had someone respond to, and it was ridiculously unhelpful. After telling her that I could get crappy scores to send without a problem, and my really high scores were not sending, all I basically got was "refresh and try again". Sucks that I can't be recognized for being so good, but it's just Neopets, i'll live lol.

Just an update. Over 4 months later, the problem still persists. I recently scored in excess of 190 Billion points, and am still receiving the same error message I've been getting since March.

TNT responded to my ticket on 5/26 (!!!), a woman named Charlotte K in particular, and told me:

"Thank you for writing! We are sorry to hear that you are having trouble submitting scores for our flash games. When this happens, please refresh the page and reload a fresh game to try again. We will not be able to give you credit or Neopoints for a score that was unable to be saved to our servers. If your score is being held over for review you will be notified by Neomail if it is accepted. This is not a bug, please be patient and we will try to process your scores as quickly as possible!Thank you for your patience and understanding!

Naturally the solution didn't work, so I replied back with:

"I've done that SEVERAL times already. My scores send normally when the score will NOT yield a trophy. I've scored over 200 billion points in this game twice, but I can't get scores like that to go through.
Refreshing the page, using different browsers, using different computers, and even different internet connections all fail. I'm sure there are several other people experiencing this problem, because the high scores for that game have been ridiculously low as of late. That I (and several other users) can get literally triple the amount of the #1 score in that game on a daily basis and not get credit for it is very depressing. And nearly a month after receiving a response from TNT, the problem still persists."

To which she sent me:

"We are sorry but we will not be able to credit you for scores that did not process. While this sounds incredibly frustrating we can assure you that it is merely a coincidence that your potential high scores are not being processed. We have alerted our developers to this issue and we are working to try to limit the events where this issue occurs as much as possible. Thanks for your continued patience and understanding"

She closed the ticket afterwards, and after nearly 2 months, the problem I've been having since March with sending scores hasn't been dealt with or even addressed. Anybody else been screwed out of gold trophies lately?

I had a high score under review for 4 days. It was approved but by the time they had bothered to review it, 12
Other people managed to get higher scores and boot me out of 1st place before I even had a chance to get the gild trophy :(

Ive noticed problems with the sending some game scores though. It used to be an issue years ago that look like they're back again.



Seems like you got shafted even harder than I did. At least I got the trophy :/

I think I'll just lay off the games for a while, because I don't wanna go for trophies and have the same problem.
