I get an error whenever I try to log into any of the programs with my neopets account. It either says the password is incorrect (I'm 100% sure it's not) or that the log in failed. Help?

Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall?

And the first post implicated none of that. Sorry if I came off as rude, but I people saying "It doesnt work" does not allow me to fix it. It works for everyone else.


yep, to no avail :/ and it's fine i'm just sensitive to that.

At what point can you not login? Can you login to other programs? Do you get an error message?

I thought all of that would be common sense. I apologize.


when i'm in the program and i need to log into my neopets account. yes i can. no i don't.

i thought that my first post pretty much implicated all that.
