Well, I would really want a Bullet for my Valentine signature

I'd like a background/render something/the same as: (I'd like this image, or a cd cover, with the Bullet for my Valentine tag, and not some pics of the band ty xD)

It should allso say VitaminX on it, in the (somewhat) simular font as used in the image given.
