Just a thought, but I know featheralley (majal_kita's owner) worked for Neopets. Maybe these people work for Neopets and are using/abusing their admin privileges? Featheralley did (she was a monitor and she did abuse her admin privileges), as confirmed by Donna in her Reddit AMA. Either way, those Neocops need a life haha.
