I'm not even kidding. My Shop Wiz only shows them for 150 and up. And i've been refreshing for ages. =\ And no, i'm not tinkering with the Min Price or anything. Maybe mine is just being glitchy.

I haven't been able to find any for 15 NPs, ANYWHERE. They're all like, 150-200. =\
