i got on the treadmill just to get my heart rate up before doing weight machines and start up pretty fast - and sure enough not three minutes into my stride the girls next to me will be amping up their speed o.O it is a crazy place, the gym

but i do Ab Ripper X (in the P90 series) twice a week and its okay
i honestly prefer simple planks though

Haha, so true about the gym part. I try to steer clear of anyone, work out on the machines with no people around.
