People in those big drug forums use stuff like "my chimpanzee was doing ____ and then ___ " (and other stuff) to talk, maybe it should be used here too?

Probably you should not mix work with real life. I never gave anyone from work any contact information not relevant to the job. Colleagues are not automatically friends.
I'd say take distance from them outside of the job and stick to being professional. Use your managerial powers to calm down the bitching. Your thing with Ani probably won't work either way and you probably shouldn't bother with immature little girls either. Find someone else.
