Stupid Question about TNT's version of "harassment"

Is it considered harassment if you talk about someone on the Neopets boards without mentioning their name? Someone told me that I cannot go to the boards and complain about a KeyQuest game because I'm "harassing" the person I was playing with even if I'm NOT mentioning the user's name. Is that true or was this person just blowing smoke?

Hiya! I've been lurking on here for awhile but figured I'd introduce myself. I am a college student and am in my 20s and play Neo, lol. I used to play several years back and after a several months of not playing, I went to check in on my account and it was frozen. I tried to get it back but to no avail. I had never done ANYTHING against Neo rules but still....so I created a new account to play around on. Then I discovered ABing so now I'm kinda addicted again, lol. ;)
