Is it just me or is his upper body fairly...demented-looking? The proportions are all weird.
Also, he screamed like a little bitch just because he had a few leeches put on him. He should have been grateful, in exchange for a bit of blood he got more action than he'd probably ever seen before.
It's probably just the lighting/dirt making his definition all weird. He looks normal otherwise =\
