It's really simple, but not super obvious. Somebody made a very smart remark, or a very helpful post, and you want to show a little extra gratitude.
First of all.
1. Select your post.
(pretty self explanatory)
2. Follow the steps in the below image.

This should just be locked when posted. Half of these people just want their post count higher and don't even know what the fuck they're saying. Two weeks time when they get advanced, they'll be the ones asking this question.
