Hey,
how is this different from the official program manager?
Does it include all the same programs as the official one and/or extras?
Also people are talking about auction sniping, is there any guides on what that is excatly?
This Program Manager is made entirely by Sou|__Stea|er so everything on it is made by and controlled by him.
This manager offers some programs that are not in the official Neocodex one. such as the USAB and an auction sniper (not yet released)
Auction Sniping is when you watch the recent auction page and watch for profitable auctions that are about to end soon. when they are about a minute or less from ending you start bidding on the item to win it at the last second (sniping) for not a lot of money. This sniper is not yet released.

I have a few lists that I use once in a while when i get RS banned for the day. The lists usually contain some items i want, codestones for training, and then a few that in hoping to find like unbuyables, nerks or PB's.
I posted a file that contains a lot of PB's, petpet pb's, nerks, and some neggs in another thread here it is, also Danyul posted a list for codestones:

I thought auction snipers weren't possible because the times are randomized slightly. o:
True the times aren't accurate, well i dont expect it to be perfect and buy even 50% of what it sees. but it will be nice to have the new option for income and help spread people out. It isn't out so i can't say how it works nor how successful it is. but liek i said before it will be nice to have the new avenue of cheating, plus something to do if you get RS banned for the day so the day isn't a waste
