We had to add a time restriction to prevent people from just registering again after they got banned for scamming people. It's best all around this way but it's not something we really wanted to do. :/

Can anyone please tell me where I can buy shell accounts on this website? I can't seem the find the marketplace here. Unless of course there isn't one. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
