Tonu are available whenever omelettes are gone. As well, if you're account is aged, it's not difficult to find certain LE pets in the pound, there's a guide to finding stuck ones at /~thodt. To create LE pets release in limited numbers, try camping on one of those pet waiting boards on the PC
