it has a strange layout compared to any other forum i've seen.. also, the post new topic is disabled everywhere i go apart from in here & i keep getting that damn google captcha wrong so basically the only place i can post is in the wrong area about my problem.. i have no choice tho.
My question: When abrosia tells me it missed an item due to refreshing too quickly, how do i slow down the rate that it refreshes? it doesnt say anywhere about refreshing. plus the help pdf wont load

Hi all, im not used to this kind of forum layout.. difficult to find my way around 
anyways, i cant seem to make a new topic in the programs chat sub-forum so i will here (maybe have it moved)
The Abrosia program is stuck on "2012-01-20 22:51:54 - Abrosia MSAB Started." just stays there for a whole 3 1/2 hours jumping to 8.0 seconds waiting time, constantly. anyone else got this?
