So someone closed my first thread, after someone posted that program manager was fixed. I know it's fixed, but it's still not working for me. I'm not sure why because they say it's back up, so any help would be appreciated.

So I know it was down earlier today, but I'm still getting the error message. I looked at the thread and it said it should be fixed. If someone could recommend how to fix this that'd be great.



Btw, I already tried to uninstall and reinstall, no changes after doing that.
