I us AB while I browse around, apparently that means I don't get logged out as often. Usually I do minimal stuff like check the trades, price items, or check the TP, etc and nothing happens to me. I used to be a pretty alright legit RSer so I do things I would normally do when I'm restocking.

Just don't play games while running AB, that's silly. And try not to AB at high profit shops and browse the site, it wouldn't make sense that you would get something that highly profitable and be occupied at the same time.
