I haven't been on this site long enough, but I feel like there are definitely members(Won't name anyone) who think that their seniority allows them to be pompous fucks. Besides that, I love codex so far and a lot of the people are really friendly and genuine .

From personal experience, I would say it's one of the most unprodutive type of relationship you could choose. Paranoia/trust issues and stupid fights are all you will honestly get.
