Too many accounts linked?

So I decided I would check my old emails and see if any of my old neopet accounts were on ones I could remember. Well a few of them were (of course they're b-day locked) but I noticed one says I have too many (5) accounts linked to one email yet when I send a password reset I get no email from neopets about it...any clues?

Hello there, I'm an average forum user.....I suppose....I'll keep this short and simple and just say that I used to be on the neopets "hacking" scene back when ABing first started to get big (YEARS AGO) and I just kind of lost interest because I had prior engagements in life. However I am back and going back at it, if you ever need help with anything just give me a message I may be able to help more than you think!
