That's not true, the minimum score you've pointed out is the lowest score currently on the High Scores Table. That means you need to get above that score in order to place.

Well I guess I shouldn't be so brass to say that's the only review score, but I'd say the line would be drawn there? (In my own personal experience I haven't been reviewed for scores below that line, aside from a Better Than You score, which I chalk up to the fact it was above the score you needed to beat, so in a way it was over the metaphorical line in that case)

Yeah if you go ahead and look at the "Hi-Scores" for each individual game, you'll notice the following:
Game Name
(minimum score: ####)
like so:

The minimum score is what you have to keep in mind here. Higher than that and they review it.
